Each item is paid for separately. After paying, an admin removes it within 24 hours. PayPal asks for your Steam ID and name at checkout, so enter them exactly as shown above.
Paying removes the punishment but does not erase the record. Getting punished again after paying will not be refunded, and repeat offenders may be permanently removed regardless of payment. Play by the rules.
